We stopped in here while driving through Evanston. It's a small store , so we almost missed it. Service was great and our drinks were delicious! This time we tried their razzmatazz. So refreshing!

This was the other day and I totally forgot to leave a review, but I went when Tyler was working and this guy was absolutely amazing!! What a cutie patootie while helping me pick out my smoothie!! I’ll have to come back next time just for this positive and delightful energy!

I get the same smoothie every single time i come . One of the employees keeps saying that she does not know how to make it . At this point i walked out probably 6 times ( when she worked ) . Please train your staff so they know how to make things and you would not lose business. In addition you would think that would make her interested in learning how to make all the smoothies like other staff but no . Today i stud in line probably for 10 min to once again to be told that she does not know how to make it .

Today I popped into Jamba for a smoothie and was disappointed that the shop only had ONE worker when Northwestern had Parents Weekend AND a huge No Kings protest in the area. The young man who was working was polite and patient with the customers as we were with him. He did not let it deter him from doing the work that was needed. It was EXTREMELY POOR planning on this business to not know about the events in the are and not have a sufficient amount of staff to get the job done. As a teacher, I’m always patient with students because I know they are learning but I am LESS patient with adults who do not take into account how their worker are treated and make sure they have the help they need. Service and company culture come first and ultimately determine the overall experience customers have.

This might be the only smoothie/juice bar left in Evanston. No different than any other Jamba Juice but a little smaller due to location. Service is always good. I noticed a lot of people pre order on the app which I'm going to start doing myself. The "Mega Mango" is my favorite go to smoothie.
